Centrally located in downtown Dallas, Texas, VICTORY is a 72-acre
development located immediately adjacent to the existing American
Airlines Center sports arena. It includes a mixed-use program
of office, a ‘W’ hotel and residential towers, as
well as an integrated network of urban street retail on seven
contiguous parcels. At full build-out the total VICTORY development
will consist of 8-10 million square feet of development and attract
over 14 million out-of-town visitors per year.
The Plaza facades of these two book-ended
buildings will complete the ‘urban living room’ of
VICTORY and define the entry into the existing American Airlines
Center. These two media facades are imbedded with the dynamic
motion of large LED television screens capable of an infinite
number of arrays as they slide horizontally along parallel industrial-grade
movable tracks.
