SISTERS OF SOCIAL SERVICE RETREAT CENTER & ADMINISTRATION FACILITY- Encino, California Overall Project Area 60,000 sq. ft. - Construction 2005 The project site is located in a wooded area peppered with mature oak trees in the hills of Encino, California. Includes an updated and enhanced Retreat Center with meeting rooms, a remodeled Chapel and consolidation of their currently off-site Administration. This project was designed by Steve Fierce, AIA during his tenure as Senior Designer at Gonzalez|Goodale Architects.

SCOTT RESIDENCE - Mount Washington, California 2,600 sq. ft. - Construction 2005 Built on a substandard lot of 4000 sq. ft. and within restrictive neighborhood and hillside ordinances, this 2,600 sq. ft. residence has floor plates of 600-800 sq. ft.
