California
6,000 sq. ft. - Cancelled 1995
Built in 1906, by Architects Charles and Henry Greene, The historic
Tichenor house was donated to CSULB in the early 1990's and was to be
relocated to the campus for use as a new state of the art conference
center. Steve Fierce, AIA during his tenure as Project Designer at Kelly
