The project site is located in a wooded area peppered with mature oak trees in the hills of Encino, California. Includes an updated and enhanced Retreat Center with meeting rooms, a remodeled Chapel and consolidation of their currently off-site Administration. This project was designed by Steve Fierce, AIA during his tenure as Senior Designer at Gonzalez|Goodale Architects.

This new facility is an approximately 40,000 s.f. addition to an existing chapel. The program consisted of four seperate meeting rooms, administration offices and work areas, and new chapel foyer. This project was designed by Steve Fierce, AIA during his tenure as Senior Designer at Gonzalez|Goodale Architects.

The program consisted of 25,000 sq. ft. City Hall, 28000 sq. ft. Library, Outdoor Amphitheater, a 10,000 sq. ft. performing
